Account Changes


Q: How do I make changes to my account?

A: Most account maintenance issues can be handled in your Control Panel. Simply access your control panel and click on "Account Maintenance". If you need to cancel your account, please see our instructions for canceling an account. There is a one-time fee of $20 for replacing an existing account domain name with another domain name, whether from spelling error(s) or other purposes.
