Q: Do you offer any type of money back guarantee?
A: 30 Day Money Back Guarantee All Web Hosting plans include a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund (minus setup fees and overage charges) if you cancel your account within 30 days of the activation of your account. Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services; this includes but is not limited to Data Storage, Data Transfer, MySQL Databases, FTP Logins, Web site development, and Sub Domains. Also not included are Domain Registrations. Because it is not possible to return a Miva license that you may have received, your refund amount will be reduced by $199 if you were issued a Miva license. Any request for cancellation must be received via email and you will receive a confirmation upon the cancellation of your account. Cancellations over the telephone and informal email are not accepted.
Accounts cancelled/terminated by Advanced Hosting for violating our Restrictions policy do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund.
Please allow at least 10 working days for refunds of check or money order payments.
Q: If I cancel before the end of my hosting term, do I get a refund?
A: There is a 30 day money back guarantee. Otherwise refunds are offered on any accounts paid in advance in whole month increments. Month to month accounts will not receive a refund if service is cancelled as we do not offer partial month refunds. If you pay for more than one month at a time any unused full months will be refunded. Setup fees, licensing fees, and any discount received from paying in advance will not be refunded. Allow 30 days for the processing of any refunds.
Domain registration/setup fees are nonrefundable. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer notifies Advanced Hosting of cancellation. All monetary transactions are in $US dollars. Additional features can be added at any time. Monthly feature prices are not prorated. Advanced Hosting reserves the right to change prices at any time.
You may cancel at anytime. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation. Notification of cancellation must be received at least five business days prior to your cycle date, with the cycle date being the day of the month you sign up, in order to avoid charges in full for the next cycle. It is the Clients Responsibility to secure email confirmation from Advanced Hosting that account has been cancelled. If the client has not yet received email confirmation of account cancellation, then the account remains active, and you will continue to be invoiced.
Q: How will I be billed for my account?
A: If you use a credit card for payment which we prefer then the system will automatically charge their credit card at midnight on the first of the month so it will actually show up on the second. There is an icon in their control panel to update credit card info. There is advanced notices that come out ten days before the due date and late notices ten days after the due date. Visa, Master Card, Discover, Debit cards and electronic funds transfers.
If you pay by check you will get an advance notice then you will have ten days to get the check to us before the first of the month.
Q: How do I submit payment on my account(s)?

A: There are standard hosting setup fees for hosting accounts. Please, keep in mind we run promotions on a regular basis and wave these setup fees.

Q: How can I find out if my account is past due?
A: All your billing information is located in the control panel. You will also receive a notice if your account is more than ten days late.
Q: Is there a minimum contract that I must sign up for?
A: You have to purchase one month, but there is a thirty day money back guarantee. With Site Express there is a fifteen day trial which involves no obligation of hosting service or to continue using Site Express. Hosting accounts have a thirty day minimum.
Q: Do you offer discounts for non-profit groups?
A: With our low everyday pricing we accommodate any budget.
Q: Do you offer discounts for volume?
A: If you want to purchase multiple domains we would suggest you sign up for a reseller account because resellers get 35% off our hosting pricing. This does not include Miva licenses or setup fees.
