Q: How much storage am I allowed per mail account?

A: No limit per mail account your are limited to the amount of server space you are allotted for your hosting plan. We suggest you keep your e-mail cleaned out.

Q: What are email aliases and how many can I use?

A: Email aliases are email addresses that you make up. Any mail sent to these aliases would automatically be forwarded to your existing POP email account or redirected to another third party POP account.

You can have as many email aliases as you want, your mail account is pre-configured to "Catch All" email directed at anyname@your_domain_name.com.

Q: How do I access my web based e-mail?

A: Either through your control panel or you can follow these simple instructions.

1. Type your domain name/up (example: mydomain.com/up)
2. Enter your user name and password

Q: How do I filter multiple email accounts through a single Message Center?

A: This can be done by logging into the message center, then going to account settings, then to "Add an alternate address". Enter the address to be added then click "Submit".
