A: You will receive 35% off of all hosting services. As a reseller you will also receive discounts on Miva licenses, domain names and other paid services.

Q: Are there any minimum requirements to keep my Advanced Hosting partner status?

A: The only requirement is that you keep your reseller account up to date. There are no minimum selling requirements.

Q: What if I do not want to handle the technical support phone calls for the hosting accounts that I resell?

A: As a reseller you are responsible for the tech support of your customers. If you would like Advanced Hosting to handle support calls for you, a separate agreement can be made.

Q: Who handles the billing for my hosting accounts?

A: You handle your billing. You can charge any amount you wish for your services.

Q: What if my customer's want SSL secure server access?

A: All of your clients will have the ability to install a secure server on their hosting accounts.

Q: What are the responsibilities of being a Reseller?

A: As a reseller you are responsible for all aspects of your business including, billing, support and marketing. It is your business, you can charge any amounts you wish and can handle support issues any way you wish. As a reseller you are responsible for any hosting accounts opened under your name. It is up to you to collect monies from your clients.

Q: How does the Reseller program work?

A: When you sign up for one of our reseller plans, you receive a 35% discount on any of our hosting plans listed on our web site. You will have your own hosting plans which you can resell at any price you wish. You can use all of our posted plans or you can use only part of them. You will be billed each month for your hosting costs as well as your clients at the discounted rates. You can bill your clients the regular prices or set your own and the difference is your profit!

Q: What if my customer doesn't pay their bill?

A: You are responsible for your customers accounts. Keep them current, don't let them get behind. If they do fall behind we shoudl suspend their accounts until they are paid current. You should call and discuss the issue with a representative if this becomes a problem.

Q: What features are available to me as a reseller?

A: As a reseller you will have access to all Advanced Hosting features.

Q: What features are available to my customers?

A: The features that are available to your customers will depend on how you set up your hosting plans. You can configure your offerings as you wish.

Q: What are the steps to set up my new reseller hosting package with Advanced Hosting?

Decide on the hosting plans you wish to offer and email them to support@awaddhosting.com. We will set them up for you. Design you web site and get everything ready.

Decide how you are going to handle billing. Are you going to accept credit cards. If you are, you will need a payment processor and gateway. Call us for help. We have the forms you need.
