What do I need to do in order to have Miva Merchant installed on my domain?

I would like Miva Merchant to be upgraded to the most recent version. What do I do? Please complete our Miva upgrade request form and we will prepare a requirements document for your review. If you have OpenUI modules installed in your Miva store some of your modules will need to be upgraded in order for your store to maintain the same functionality it has now. When I checkout in my Miva Shopping cart, I receive a fatal error. How do I fix this? Make sure that you have a shipping module selected if you have Shipping Required checked in store settings. Also insure you have a payment module selected. You should have sales tax setup if you have sales tax required checked. Miva cannot process an order without these services configured. When I try to run the setup for Miva Merchant, my license number will not validate. What do I do? When this error occurs, please contact our support department. We will either issue another license number, or fix the error with the current one. Last edited: 03/13/2006
When I go through the checkout of the Miva Shopping cart, after entering a valid credit card number, I receive this error, “Unable to authorize payment: Missing Required Shipping Information.” Why? Under settings in the Miva Admin there is an option to REQUIRE SHIPPING and REQUIRE TAX. Uncheck these two options, and the error should be rectified. Last edited: 03/13/2006

I have a web site that uses Miva Merchant, and I would like to switch it to Advanced e-Resources. Can I move my store to AER without an interruption in existing business?
