How does the Reseller program work?
Advanced e-Resources offers several options for resellers. With our Plesk 7 Reloaded reseller programs, you can run your own hosting company. For a monthly reseller fee, we will give you a set amount of disk space, IP addresses, and control panels. From there, you can create your own hosting packages, based upon the needs of your customers. Let's say you have one customer who needs 50MB of storage and 10 email accounts, and you have another customer who needs 300MB of storage and 100 email accounts. With our Plesk reseller program, you have the power and flexibility to create two distinct packages: one to meet the needs of each customer. As Advanced e-Resources does not charge you for each hosting package you sell to a customer, your profit margin is exponential. All of your customers are hosted on the disk space we provide for your account. If you choose our AER Control Panel, you will receive your own hosting control center. With our RSM you can automate billing to your customers, set your own hosting plans and sell those services for any amount you wish. With our AER Control Panel plans there is no limit to the number of hosting clients you can have. We will set discounted hosting rates for your hosting plans. You will be billed at the discounted rate for each of your customers.

Who handles the billing for my hosting accounts?
As a reseller, you will be handling the billing for your customers. Most Plesk resellers handle their billing using their billing software such as QuickBooks, MS Money, etc. AER Resellers use our automated system to bill their customers but you may also use your own software.

Who handles the technical support for my hosting accounts?
Advanced e-Resources will provide the reseller technical support for their resold accounts. Only the reseller may contact AER for technical support issues. Your customers will need to go through you for their technical support issues and may not contact Advanced e-Resources directly. AER will not provide support for customers who have a resold account, only the reseller of that resold account.

What if my customer doesn't pay their bill?
Through the control panel of your reseller account, you will have access to suspend a customer's account. This will prevent the usage of the customer's website in a web browser. In addition, it will prevent your customer from accessing their domain name online. PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for paying for your reseller account regardless of your customers' payment history. If your account balance becomes past due, we do reserve the right to suspend your web site and your customers' web sites until the balance is paid.
